Course Description

This is a mindfulness-based course that integrates Tai Chi and meditation techniques to reduce stress and focus clearly on what matters most to your clients. Tai Chi is a very relaxing moving meditation that helps clients to focus on the soft free-flowing movements and takes the focus off negative thoughts.  The clients will learn to create a balance between life issues, relaxation, and meditation. You will learn how to use 13 Tai Chi forms as a guided meditation. The forms can be learned and practiced standing, sitting, or moving. The training video teaches you how to do each form, and there are demonstrations on how to use the forms as a guided meditation.

The course consists of four modules. You will complete a test at the end of the course and will receive CEs and a certificate. I hope you enjoy the course.
